UNESCO adds 46 traditions from around the world cultural heritage list in Nairobi, Kenya.

Flamenco Dance of Spain, the French food and gingerbread Croatia have been added in the UN list of cultural heritage.

On Tuesday, the National Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) which is known to preserve the beauty of these sites by adding 46 grand tradition of the world cultural heritage list in Nairobi, Kenya.

UNESCO calls the Spanish flamenco dance as “identity for a number of communities and groups” in particular gipsies. The dance commonly danced in the province of Andalusia, southern Spain, and is a blend of expressive music lyrics, guitar and clapping of hands that fast and dramatic dance.

French Cuisine, or “culinary gastronomy” is described as “emphasizing a sense of togetherness and enjoyment.” UNESCO calls for preservation of food “with a standard structure” which begins and ends with wine drinking liquor, and in the middle interspersed at least four consecutive meals, combined with appropriate wines for each food.

Hereditary tradition making gingerbread in Croatia, an art that requires skill and speed and has been handed down from generation to generation, are also conserved in the list UNIESCO it.

The lawyers for the heirs of the late British author, Adrian Jacobs, Wednesday, said, Rowling as a defendant in a lawsuit filed in June against Bloomsbury Publishing PLC for copyright infringement, according to a statement issued by representatives of expert inheritance, which is based in Australia.

The lawsuit, filed in a London court, said Rowling’s book Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire to copy the parts of Jacobs’s 1987 book, The Adventures of Willy the Wizard-No 1 Livid Land. Jacobs’s heirs also said that many other ideas from Willy the Wizards are copied to the Harry Potter books. Jacobs died in London in 1997.

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) is the fourth book of Rowling’s Harry Potter series, published in July 2000. Agent Max Markson in Sydney, representing the Jacobs, said, Rowling added to the lawsuit after the estate trustee Jacobs, Paul Allen, knowing that the validity period for the demand it has not been passed, as previously thought.

“I consider this a case of billions of dollars,” Markson said Thursday.

JK Rowling said the claim was completely untrue.

“I feel sad that there is one more claim that I have taken material from other sources to write a Harry,” she said. “The fact is I have never heard about the author or the book before the first lawsuit by those who have anything to do with the author’s heirs in 2004, I never read the book.”

“The claims that were made were not only baseless, but also absurd and I’m disappointed that I, and my British publisher Bloomsbury, placed in a position to have to defend ourselves,” said Rowling who will ask the court to reject the case.

Last June, Bloomsbury said allegations that Rowling took from the work of Jacobs are unfounded, can not be proved and not true. Bloomsbury said, the beneficiaries of Jacobs was first approached the company in 2004 with its claims, but could not say where the text in the Harry Potter books copied from Willy the Wizard.

As a business grows, it starts receiving more number of calls. These calls can either be of existing customers or potential customers. Or, if it’s a new customer, then he or she might think that your business is closed or temporarily shut.

The only prudent and workable solution to the above-explained problem is hiring a call center to do all the inbound call handling for you. Unlike the above two solutions, this solution has a number of advantages. To begin with, the employees at call centers are especially trained to handle calls and provide all answers to the customer patiently. They are skilled enough to gauge what kind of customer is calling in what sort of mood and with what sort of problem. So, they tackle all customers differently and work out personalized solutions for each caller. Since there are many people waiting to take calls at a call center, the call waiting time is also minimized.

Professional inbound call handling at a call center is also not very expensive. Call centers these days do business with multiple companies and this is how they have reasonable charges for each company. Anyway, hiring a call center service would be lighter on your pocket than hiring an individual to handle incoming calls.
