Bob James Mc Elhiney original name Robert James is the bearer smooth jazz. He combines elements of R & B, funk, rock, and pop. Later, Bob James is known as a keyboard player or wing jazz fusion jazz rock.
Around the 1970s, Bob James is known as a retainer of jazz fusion, as Anglea instrumental music played in the classic comedy TV series: Taxi. James also played jazz fusion classic songs and Westchester Lady Nautilus, which later became part of the second album James Bob James Three. James is the founder and member of the group Fourplay Smooth Jazz music and musicians are recognized as Yamaha.
Music arranger Bob James was influenced by pop music and movies. This can be seen when James gave a touch of jazz fusion to Grover Washington, Jr, A funk and jazz saxophone blower. Then James is also collaborating with other musicians such as Sarah Vaughan and Milt Jackson Stanley Turrentine.
