HBO swept the award categories provided for in the arena Television Golden Globe Awards, Reaching 7 trophies, four awards at many film falls on “John Adams”. Selected as John Adams or Mini Series for Best Film for Television, Best Performance of the Main Actors in the Mini Series Man to Television, which is Paul Giamatti and Laura Linney for Best Female Main Cast and Best Supporting Male actors (Tom Wilkinson).
Meanwhile, “True Blood” won the Best Performance category of the Main Cast Women in Film Television Series-Drama (Anna Paquin), “Recount” won for Best Performance by Supporting Cast Women in Film Series, Mini Series or Movie for Television.
